You’ll be able to message your coach directly through the app’s messaging feature for ongoing support, feedback, or to ask any questions you have about your workouts. In addition to messaging, you’ll have one dedicated 45-minute coaching call per month to discuss your goals, progress, and plans moving forward. During this call, your coach will provide personalized advice, adjust your training plan if necessary, and ensure you’re staying on track to meet your fitness objectives.

To get the most out of the program, we ask that you track your numbers and progress in the app, communicate regularly with your coach, and maintain at least an 80% compliance rate with your workouts. This helps ensure you're staying on track and making consistent progress toward your goals.
